Responsibilities
- Select merchandise according to picking tickets, verifying quantities and item details with precision.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and secure wrapping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to track inventory status.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality assurance targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking shelves as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
