Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in accordance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50-60 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
