Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in a 150,000 sq ft facility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and update order statuses
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Spanish fluency a strong advantage in our diverse workforce
