Responsibilities
- Safely pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after completion of paid certification
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification program
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and reliability
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Valid government-issued photo ID
