Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow safety protocols at all times during training and operations
- Learn and implement inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid California Driver's License (required for equipment operation training)
- Reliable transportation to our Fresno facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
