Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
- Follow FIFO protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Participate in warehouse safety inspections and compliance audits
- Document workflow activities in WMS systems with precision
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required - paid training provided!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid NJ driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
