Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing certification training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Adhere to safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency during peak seasons
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order verification
- Willingness to complete paid forklift and safety certifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
