Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to meet daily productivity targets
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and shipping
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Train new hires on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues as needed
- Generate daily reports on performance metrics and inventory levels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no experience required)
- Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, inventory systems)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
