- Supervise 8-12 team members across receiving, picking, and shipping operations
- Implement lean inventory management systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with transportation and procurement teams
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout using WMS software for maximum space utilization
- Manage performance metrics including cycle times and labor productivity
- Develop flexible shift schedules accommodating team preferences
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with inventory control systems
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong conflict resolution and team-building capabilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends as needed
- Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI reporting
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
