Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accuracy of stock records.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Logistics preferred.
