Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement lean inventory management systems and cycle counting procedures
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate shipping/receiving activities and resolve logistical disruptions
- Analyze KPIs to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RFID scanners)
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution centers
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools
