Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ team members, assigning daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Optimize inventory control systems, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless inbound/outbound logistics
- Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) to track inventory and operations
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
