Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all warehouse functions
- Manage team performance through training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Optimize inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements and operational metrics
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Address operational issues and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS preferred)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse equipment operation (forklift, pallet jack)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
