Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance coaching
- Implement lean practices to optimize inventory accuracy and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless transportation scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle count procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent leadership abilities with conflict resolution experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- High school diploma; Associate's degree in logistics preferred
