Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and zero-incident record
- Optimize inventory control systems, including cycle counts and WMS management
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with carriers and internal departments
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Conduct daily warehouse inspections and maintain clean, organized facilities
- Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory control systems
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
