Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage and mentor 15+ team members, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and inventory control systems
- Optimize workflow processes to meet/exceed productivity targets
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid forklift certification and commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
