Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates with performance coaching
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
- Generate and analyze operational reports for leadership review
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with flexible scheduling implementation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
