- Supervise 10+ team members in receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems
- Train and mentor staff on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient logistics flow
- Analyze performance metrics to improve operational efficiency
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during paid training)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Hawaii driver's license
