Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of goods to meet SLAs
- Implement and maintain safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and inventory control systems
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum operational efficiency
- Conduct regular audits and prepare operational reports for leadership
- Collaborate with transportation and procurement teams to resolve logistical issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance productivity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory tracking software
- Proven ability to optimize processes and improve KPIs
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
