Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff across receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain safety standards
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce shrinkage by 15%
- Train and mentor staff on WMS software and operational best practices
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in productivity metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Manage performance reviews and corrective action procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years supervisory role
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Proven track record in inventory reduction and cost control
- Strong data analysis skills with Excel proficiency
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
