Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members in receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards across all warehouse activities
- Manage inventory control systems including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Train and develop staff through performance coaching programs
- Generate operational reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- Forklift certification and WMS system proficiency
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Proven track record in inventory management and process optimization
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Intermediate Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
