Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 warehouse associates through training and performance management
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
