Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking using WMS software and barcode systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies within 24 hours
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with 99.8% accuracy
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Coordinate with procurement team on stock replenishment strategies
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols for perishable goods
- Train staff on inventory best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA 10-hour)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
