Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through training and performance feedback
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections
- Optimize inventory control systems to reduce shrinkage and improve accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied temperature conditions
