Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Train, mentor, and manage 15+ warehouse associates to achieve performance targets
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations
- Optimize inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts/audits
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless workflow integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30 certification and strong safety compliance knowledge
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution capabilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature environments
