Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Lead and develop 15+ team members through performance coaching and training initiatives
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and safety protocols across all operations
- Collaborate with logistics team to coordinate transportation and distribution schedules
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory management and reporting
- Conduct regular audits to maintain quality control standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs
- Expertise in OSHA compliance and safety program implementation
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
