Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates through our paid training program
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and continuous improvement methodologies
- Coordinate with transportation teams to maintain seamless supply chain operations
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years warehouse or logistics experience (paid training provided for qualified candidates)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to train and motivate teams
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic Microsoft Office applications
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain through training
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
