- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff across receiving, picking, and shipping departments
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain 99.5% compliance rate
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Lead process improvement initiatives targeting 15%+ productivity gains
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Conduct daily performance reviews and skill development sessions
- Manage vendor relationships for equipment maintenance and supplies
- Generate weekly KPI reports for senior leadership review
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Proven track record in team leadership (15+ direct reports)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
