Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems using WMS software
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and shipping/receiving processes
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular safety audits and incident investigations
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
