Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and training on safety protocols
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation procedures
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely shipping and receiving schedules

Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive training!
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
