Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse technology including inventory management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Willingness to undergo paid training program (4 weeks)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility
