Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and manage team of 10+ warehouse associates on equipment usage and safety protocols
- Implement lean inventory management practices to minimize waste and maximize space utilization
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
- Ensure OSHA compliance and foster a zero-accident safety culture
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow processes for maximum efficiency
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Experience with powered industrial equipment operation and training
- Proven problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision making
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
