Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor team of 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with transportation and inventory teams
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting accuracy
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and forklift operator training
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to analyze data and implement lean manufacturing principles
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
