Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain zero-accident records
- Optimize inventory control systems, including cycle counts and WMS operations
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring timely shipments and accurate documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Conduct daily warehouse inspections and equipment maintenance oversight
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Proven expertise in inventory control systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
