Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Implement lean principles to reduce operational costs by 15%
- Ensure OSHA compliance through rigorous safety audits and training
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock-to-dock flow
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- Forklift certification and WMS proficiency (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Proven track record in inventory management and loss prevention
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
