- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse management system operations
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervisory experience in cold storage or logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)

- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to work in cold environments (-20°F to 40°F)
