Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and supervise 10-15 staff members, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Resolve operational issues and optimize workflow efficiency
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
