Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping activities to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Generate daily/weekly reports on productivity, inventory, and operational metrics
- Collaborate with logistics and purchasing teams for seamless supply chain integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) like Oracle or SAP
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development success
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Flexibility to work alternative schedules including weekends/peak seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
