Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10-15 warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and productivity
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely shipping and receiving
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational KPIs
- Familiarity with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Forklift certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
