Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet performance targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance standards and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize errors and maximize space utilization
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency
- Manage equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- Forklift certification and equipment operation knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
