Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Implement lean practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols
- Coordinate inventory management systems and cycle counts
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Generate performance reports and KPI analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Experience with inventory control systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
