Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize shrinkage and maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
