Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage 10+ team members with scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Implement lean practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Coordinate inventory control using WMS systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Resolve operational issues and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and Forklift Operator certification
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied climate conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership
