Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse associates including hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols ensuring zero workplace incidents
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and efficiency
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system audits
- Collaborate with transportation team to ensure timely dock scheduling and outbound shipments
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong analytical skills with inventory management experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred
