Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse associates to ensure efficient daily operations
- Optimize inventory control systems, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Implement and enforce safety protocols (OSHA compliance) to maintain zero-accident standards
- Coordinate loading/unloading activities and route planning for timely deliveries
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct performance reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or logistics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills for team leadership and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, nights, or weekends
