Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor team of 12-15 warehouse associates on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance and temperature control procedures
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system management
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and quality teams
- Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective action plans
- Manage facility maintenance and equipment scheduling
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation experience
- Strong knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, and inventory control methods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights/weekends
- Experience in cold chain or temperature-controlled environments
