Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control procedures to minimize errors and maximize efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless loading/unloading operations
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity
- Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse activities and inventory levels
- Resolve operational challenges proactively to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs (safety, productivity, accuracy)
