Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory with real-time tracking systems
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and conduct regular safety inspections
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to reduce costs and improve throughput
- Manage inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) and safety procedures
- Collaborate with transportation team for seamless dock scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
