Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 15+ warehouse staff including pickers, packers, and forklift operators
- Implement and maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Train staff on equipment operation and company procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license
