Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain zero-accident record
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software (SAP experience preferred)
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with transportation teams
- Analyze operational metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct daily shift briefings and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Manage facility maintenance and equipment scheduling
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator license required
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan)
- Strong knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ associates
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
